Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund. We appreciate your timely notice, which helps us manage our operations efficiently.

Cancellations Made Between 24 and 48 Hours in Advance
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

This partial charge covers the preparation and logistical arrangements already underway.

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

By this time, resources and staff have been allocated, and we are unable to recover the costs.

We recognize that plans can sometimes change.

Our dedicated drivers will wait patiently your pickup location for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If this time is exceeded, we will do our best to reschedule the or service based on availability.

If we are unable to reschedule or if the alternative dates do not work for you, the company reserves the right charge 100% of the tour cost to cover logistics and associated expenses.
