Recommended pickup between 7:00–8:00 AM. You'll float for approximately 2 hours on the river, followed by an authentic Costa Rican lunch and a guided nature walk through a sloth sanctuary. This experience is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

• Shoes tough enough to wrestle a bear—just in case you meet one on the nature walk!

• Repellent, because mosquitoes don't need to love you that much.

• Camera, to capture proof of your outdoor survival skills.
